Former office towers converted into modern apartment community with 675 units and over-the top amenity spaces

FALLS CHURCH, Va., May 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Three Collective (3co), a newly completed flexidential apartment community in Falls Church, VA, marks the full conversion of three former office towers into a residential development with 675 apartments and more than 30,000 square feet of distinctive amenities.
