FALLS CHURCH, Va., May 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Three Collective (3co), a newly completed flexidential apartment community in Falls Church, VA, marks the full conversion of three former office towers into a residential development with 675 apartments and more than 30,000 square feet of distinctive amenities.
Now leasing, 3co was developed by The Wolff Company and designed in collaboration with Private Label International and Lessard Design, Inc. The community is managed by Bozzuto.
3co offers loft-style one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with exposed concrete ceilings and large windows. The design maintains elements of the original commercial structures while introducing features tailored for residential use, including flexible layouts intended for live-work arrangements.
